Phonics for Parents

Welcome to our Power of Phonics webpage! 

Mrs Shaw (our wonderful Academic Mentor) will be completing phonics workshops throughout the year for parents in Year R. 

During these sessions, we will use our RWI phonics scheme to show parents and carers how to support their children with phonics and early reading skills. Children and adults will attend a 20-minute session which will focus on the skills needed to support their child with their reading. You child will be able to join you during the session.
