Get Active (Plymouth Sports Charity)

Children in Need have funded a mobile app to provide demonstrations and ideas on home style games and fitness exercises for both children and adults. They aim to provide an accessible platform to support children and adults towards a healthy and positive lifestyle.

The free app contains a host of fun games that children can play at home as well as exercises to keep active. These have been designed to improve health through play and help support children to develop and achieve their potential. 

PS Charity - Get Active is designed to allow everyone access to exercise and fitness support to achieve their goals. The adult section includes 20 minute workouts, exercise ideas and techniques demonstrations.
