PRPS STEM

On Monday, 4M had some exciting visitors from Babcock. Kerry and James worked with the children to help design boats made from plasticine and to experiment with how many marbles their design could hold. After each attempt, the children had to make adjustments. Well done to Tyler and Riley who worked brilliantly together and designed a boat that could hold 47 marbles!

Year 5 visited the University of Plymouth at the end of January and took part in a range of STEM activities. As you can see, they all thoroughly enjoyed this experience!

Some pupils in KS2 have been working in partnership with the Devon Wildlife Trust on a new and exciting project. Stay tuned for more information and news from Prince Rock’s Marine Wildlife Champions!
