This year, we are continuing the Personal Best Challenge at Prince Rock. The children will have the chance during break times to beat their ‘Personal Best’ at a range of activities. Below are the challenges for the first term.

 

Autumn 1

 

  1. Throw, Clap & Catch – 30 Seconds
  2. Racquet & Ball Bounce – 30 Seconds
  3. Bunny Jumps – 30 Seconds
  4. Skipping – 30 Seconds
  5. Star Jumps – 30 Seconds
  6. Hula Hooping – 30 Seconds

 

Autumn 2

  1. Throwing & Catching (Wall) – 30 Seconds
  2. Speed Bounce – 30 Seconds
  3. Shuttle Runs – 30 Seconds
  4. Lunges – 30 Seconds
  5. Football Goals – 30 Seconds
  6. Step-Ups – 30 seconds

 

Spring 1
  1. Burpees – 30 Seconds
  2. High Knees – 30 Seconds
  3. Pencil Jumps – 30 Seconds
  4. Keepy Uppy – 30 Seconds
  5. Juggling – 30 Seconds
  6. Press-Ups – 30 Seconds

 

Spring 2
