National Fitness Day

On Wednesday 26th September, it was National Fitness Day. All children took part in a fun activity where they learnt to master the moves a jedi would use. At the start of the activity, the children were asked to think about what the word 'fitness' means to them and why staying fit is important for our bodies and our general health.
